You may remember me from the TNCR thread.

Anyway, as there, you have provided some good info here.

For what it's worth, on the way to work this morning I drove past Zycon's Santa Clara site and plastered across their front building was a huge sign that simply read NOW HIRING. Not a common sight in the Sili Valley.

I wonder about ZCON's balance sheet. S&P stock guide book shows $5m cash and eq. and $20m l.t. debt. With the recent acquisition of Alternate Circuits they should be at about $0 cash and $25m debt. Anyone know more details and is this is a good position for them to be in now?
