The deal with the pennies...

More money chasing fewer stocks....is true. I really think a lot of people are coming out of some of the larger caps, and looking for value in the small caps. Lots of traders wanting more "bang for the buck" too.

There were about 7000 bb's 6 months ago... they are down to about 5000 now. Probably be down to around 4000 or so when they get done sending to the pinks.

Also there is always something moving...and so many ways to play them....
buy the first sign of life.....wait till it corrects and buy the bounce (which sometimes is better than the first run) Play the intraday dumpers (one of my favorites) I played LOCH yesterday for a buck in 15 minutes on one of those... 500 shares= $500 in 15 minutes... sure better than any JOB. I have a friend who did 2000 shares....was he happy...YES. Today one pretty good intraday dumper was JRSE... only about .30 on the bounce...but not bad.

Breakouts over a buck have been very good also. Since the BB "lot size" changes from 2500 to 500 at a buck, stocks that are moving really pick up speed when they pass a buck...

With 5000 stocks to choose from...something is always moving.
