<< IPM has progressed far far beyond BD's abilities and capacity to meet IPM's requirements for specialist consultants, especially in metallurgy. BD have expressed their desire for reversion to their more traditional industry role as 'technical auditors >> I am very much surprised by this and don't know what to think. A few days ago, somebody mentioned that BD could back off for political reasons, now it is because they don't have the expertise ???
