Today in Morning Trader

7 Bells: Even with all the excitement, NASDAQ is very
close to where it started the new year. And the SP-500 and
Dow-30 are lower and close to entering a correction.

Market Call: If INTC breaks below 104, I would exit
longs in INTC. An aggressive trader may want to consider
a short position below 104.
[INTC 7 percent of NDX]

Charts of Interest: The major PC makers (CPQ, DELL,
GTW) are acting very weak and might be vulnerable to
profit taking ahead. Dow Industrials is testing key support
at current level and is projecting lower prices ahead.
[Dell 3.5 percent of NDX]

CPQ is acting very weak
and might be vulnerable to
profit taking ahead. After
consolidating for the past
couple of weeks, shares
broke to the downside -
not a good sign.

Chart of BRKA is looking
weak as the stock fell
below its previous low and
extended its downtrend.
Shares remained solidly in
a downtrend and are
showing very little signs
of reversing this trend.
