If you like daytrading,

do a few limit buy orders at bid or ticks down. When they are filled, do a few limit sell orders at ask or ticks up.

Don't do market orders, and don't do this strategy when stock is extremely popular.

Note: some people use moving average to determine how neglected the stock will be. If moving avarage is higher by 15-25%, most longs will be on the side line.
