Yes, they were after mushroom growers, but No. You missed the point. These people accused & that had their home broken into were NOT magic mushroom growers, just as the case of the no knock raid & killing of Mena here in Denver was not a drug dealer. In both cases, the police were simply wrong! In the cases, they were wrong for different reasons, but, the result was the same, rights were trampled, constitutional protections were disregarded.

It should also be noted, the police accused the non-growers of not liking the government. One must wonder what was the "real goal" of the police, or if we simply have a government out of control and if our founding fathers would approve?
