"I think it is all open to question now. The AJIC decision, the Dr. Hurt choice, the study itself. These guys want to move those little boxes, and for that they need just a hint of "maybe this works" along with some advertising. To hell with proving anything.

But to me...they blew it. They coulda been real contenders..."

They coulda been real contenders IF they really have something to prove. My question is, do they really believe that or are they only looking to make as much money as fast as possible because they know the opportunity won't last very long? If it's the later, then the AJIC "screw up" makes perfect sense and was the only thing they could do. Maybe had the AJIC article been published and IF the results were viewed as valid, the stock would now be at $50. However, the hype and media attention surrounding the article DID help the stock more than double and that's not bad either. They claim the Hurt study will definitely be published. I agree that even if it is, it will be either completely ignored by the scientific community or severely criticized. However, don't hold your breath waiting to read the article until it's actually in print.
