Can someone please explain to me why we need to give the Cowboy our warchest so he can run out and gobble up Linux players ? Can't INPR do that itself ?

I'm beginning to think there may be something in this deal having to do with the fact that CORL is a Canadian company. What if there were benefits (tax,antitrust) to do the types of mergers of buyouts that the new Borel plans on doing. What types of fine print exist in the North American Free Trade agreement that would make a deal like this benefitial ?

That must be what H. Ross Perot was talking about, that great sucking sound, this deal sucks.
