Little info that makes you say "hmmmm" - A stock called BreakWater Res. - symbol BWLRF.OB - is showing up on some of the largest Small Cap mutual funds. The size is enormous on some of them. Do they know something we don't? Not my top of stock, but there are some faint of heart players.
