That would lead me to believe that Uniroyaly's mangement are not so bright(pun intended). They are expanding capacity for a product that they know can't compete with an alternate product that their competition is rapidly gearing up, dumb. Unless they are knowingly going to give up the blue mkt in the near term future and just concentrate on the low margin red mkt.
