My take is it is more likely short term traders who were playing it for a big announcement this morning. Others will be selling throughout the day who assume part of the recent run-up was in anticipation of the CC and SH meeting. A little selloff "on news" is to be expected. The more daring shorts will play this expected selloff in hopes of getting the price down to a more comfortable cover level. The good news is there seems to be some money sitting on the sidelines waiting for this to happen.
