I am wondering why IOMG is losing all of its recent advance when all of the immediate news is good? Or is it? What do you think of the WSJ release today about IOMG farming out some of its disk manufacturing? I can interprete this both ways; 1) That through this alliance IOMG will be better able to meet demand and provide service. 2) That this will result in lost revenue to Iomega because they are not keeping the manufacture of these disks in-house.

It also seems to me that the movement pattern of this stock has changed since the 2nd offering. Does the addition of institutional investors signify significant changes in the trading patterns? Do they own enough stock to effect short term swings (daily) of 2 to 4 points?

Comments welcome.
