Woody, RSR is different from Bre-X -- RSR has an existing mine to work on and cashflow soon. A debenture is a debt, unless it is also "convertible". Rob is right that whoever puts up the money would want stocks. On dilution - you mean Cochrane and the insiders own lots of stock ? Is there any chartist out there ? The price has fallen 2/3 from its peak of $5.55 and the bottom should be $1.85 where should climb to new heights ? Alan
