Trading Psychology, indeed! Boy, do I know what you're referring to wrt trying to hold 'while the internet beckons.' Managing money and making decisions regarding selling, buying more, and holding under the duress of substantial paper losses is all part of the game. I find the worst part is managing my own emotions and fears rather than managing the money part. I'm sure if you start a new thread, you should have many a follower. Incidentally, many posts back I recommended a book to Hal Campbell called "Investment Psychology Explained" by Martin Pring. I think it's excellent in trying to help me calibrate and counter the desire to sell LOW out of exasperation and fear of missing out on other opportunities.
