That is a great little ubiquitous story. Everywhere I am, there it is. If it really happened it is testimony to the great diveresity in the gene pool. I wonder if it isn't just another urban legend, though, as it sounds like one. I want to see the cite to a local newspaper verifying that these morons actually exist. That would make my day.
