Veiko - the point here is that thousands of handsets were reported to have been already delivered to France. So how come the European operators are now talking about spring/summer launch? Are these French phones waiting in some big container until May arrives? Are they Telital or Ericsson models? Were they handed out to beta testers? Or is France launching 3 months before the rest of the Europe?

One Radiolinja guy here in Finland said that the first-generation Telital models won't be sold in Finland at all - they're waiting for the new, redesigned models. According to him, Ericsson is getting their models on the market *before* Telital gets a commercially viable product out.

What I hear from the European sources does not seem to be connected to what is being told to US analysts in America. It's like two different companies operating in parallel universes, possibly several "multiverses" that some quantum physicists believe to exist. Could this be the definitive break-through in quantum physics people have been expecting since Niels Bohr first formulated his ideas? Clearly there is something here that defies the Newtonian concept of reality.

It's impossible that Ericsson's monthly quota was set at 30 000 - 40 000 units, because there are two other manufacturers involved with Globalstar. The numbers from different news releases and analyst meetings simply don't add up.
