SAN DIEGO – May 13, 1999 - Wireless Knowledge LLC, a

leading wireless telecommunications carrier, is the first carrier

The Revolv service will allow mobile professionals to securely

devices from anywhere they travel.

"We are very excited about the possibilities that the Revolv
service has to offer Bell Mobility customers," said Charlotte

commercially in summer 1999, so that our customers are the

information and Internet content."

In conjunction with the launch of the Revolv service trials,
Bell Mobility today announced its digital data wireless service,
Digital Data to Go. The service offers Bell Mobility customers

John Major, president and CEO of Wireless Knowledge. "Its
commitment to wireless data is an important endorsement for
Wireless Knowledge and its services."

Bell Mobility is expected to complete internal testing by June
1999 and expand service to several corporate customers.
MediaServ.com, a products and solutions provider,
specializing in mobile and scalable solutions that enable
customers to extend their corporate reach, will be one of the
first companies to use and benefit from the Revolv offering.

"MediaServ is looking forward to exploring the power of the
Revolv service," said Lalit Canaran, managing architect of
MediaServ. "The Revolv service will enable our employees to
stay in touch with important information even when out of the
office, allowing them to be fully productive."

The Revolv service is available now on an OEM basis to
wireless carriers. Commercial end-user availability from the
first carrier partners is expected in summer 1999. Wireless
