I think you may be mistaken.The fact that a price was listed for the registration means to me that the shares were already sold at that price.

I know several hundred thousand shares were sold by insiders in the last couple of months. I think the shares you refer to have already hit the market. In my newspaper today (the SJ Mercury News) there are 150,000 shares reported sold on March 4 by three top officers.

Insider sales have hurt the stock price. But as I have posted, they do not indicate lack of confidence in the company. Aspect stock should improve when the market starts to look favorably on the techs.
