Here's recap of this am chat as best as I recall:

-SEC, he's still waiting and expects to hear soon. In response to
a question, said SEC focus not on who's holding the shares.
-Discussed eCredit, said can use it same as customer uses
AON. Tools built into the site.
-PNL averaging 46,000 user (customer)sessions per month.
Users tend to stay online for a long time.
-Working on auction module, 2 tech teams, estimated
completion in 6 weeks.
-In response to ques. on DOC, said he's not worried about
losing relationships there because of potential changes at top
after elections because many staffers are fulltime, not appointed
or elected.
-When asked about level of transactions on the site said this is
not known because user has option to be online or be invisible
to them.
-In response to question about banks, said as soon as banks
become comfortable with ecommerce they should be able to
put an alliance together.
-Have met with 22 countries in last 12 months to build out the
PNL network. These have been high level meetings coordinated
by DOC and local embassies.
-Have been building a solid training program for users, should
begin around March.
-Have commission structure with every alliance.
-Working on a number of educational programs
-In response to question on getting on NASDAQ, said they
brought in the best team of pros to help with this and hope to
see this achieved soon.
-In response to question on PP's, said early pp's have been
absorbed into the market. Those sold @ $2 he presumes are
being held.
