hey scott,

i think the doctor is giving you valid advice <g3>. try exiting imgicon.exe in your close program dialog (ctrl + alt + delete). if you don't see it there...

go to start, run, type in msconfig and hit ok. go to startup tab, then scroll down and look for something like 'iomega disk icons'. it should have a check mark in the box. click on it to uncheck it. do the same for any other iomega choices. make a note of what changes you've made. click apply, then ok. then reboot and try printing.

you can add any changes right back by following the same procedure.

good luck

:)
