CMGI won't get on a run because then UBID would have to run too. The markets will make sure there is roughly a .28% ratio since that was the announced merger plan. Until the deal is done and there is no more UBID CMGI is locked in a dance with this stock. CMGI won't run because then you can buy UBID to acquire CMGI on the cheap. UBID won't run because the deal could always fall through. Therefore, we're in a holding pattern.
