CGEN'S MY BIGGEST POSITION. I wish I had more cash as I feel this is a conservative investment, short-term. I think the recent weakness is due to several factors: 1) weakness in biotech/device stocks with special emphasis on those that are difficult to understand 2) the fact that this company has not had to raise any money in the last few years and has thus p.od some investment bankers 3) Being judged on revenue growth rather than their pipeline 4) Pre-announcement of a negative quarter, the results of which are due today after market close ( I hope this won't precipitate a spike down similar to Lam Research) 5) Parity plays with Boston Scientific (an invalid comparison) 6) Tax liabilities with Lipomatrix and Target/BSX stock. I still have some questions for the CFO re: offsetting this quarter's losses vs. capital gains. I'm not an accountant. Good luck today and tomorrow.
