The question was raised on the RAGINGBULL message board, concerns about falling off the OTC listing (dropping to the PINK SHEETS). NASDAQ requirements have been meet to where this is no longer a concern, unless we drop below a dollar for an extended period again. EPTG needed to trade for 10 days straight within a 90 day period to satisfy the requirement for staying listed (as I understand it). It has done this. The proof would be when the C is dropped from EPTGC. I would hope this is done soon but suspect the SEC needs to review the issue. As far as I know, this is not an issue. All, IMO.
