Summit Announces Direct Response Television Advertising Campaign

LONGVIEW, Texas, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVT), announced the initial airing of its Direct Response
Television Advertising Campaign on February 9.

Completion of the 60 second spot by Main Street Digital Studios / DVStore, Inc. is now underway. The campaign features actual interviews with people who have used
Firepower911(TM) to prevent fires from escalating to uncontrollable emergencies which would have produced property loss if it were not for Firepower911(TM) and it's
fast effective extinguishing of spot fires along with it's ease of use.

Firepower911(TM) is one of the flagship products of Summit Environmental.

Firepower911(TM) is a rated fire extinguisher in an aerosol can. It is a one of a kind product. There is no pin to pull, no hose to point or gauge to check to see if it is charged. You simply use Firepower911(TM) like a can of hair spray or air freshener. Point in the direction and spray at the fire. It is that simple!

During the week of January 24-28, the United States was blanketed with a major snow and ice storm. When the snow and ice hit Longview Texas, the storm forced everyone to stay in their homes and prevented all, except emergency, transportation.

A family, whose home was without power, was sleeping in front of their fireplace and using a camping cook stove to cook in their kitchen. The cook stove began to leak, the kitchen caught on fire and the traditional fire extinguisher they had, would not work after pulling the pin and pointing the hose.

The lady of the house remembered she had another fire extinguisher. She found her can of Firepower911(TM) and quickly extinguished the kitchen fire. As they later
said, "due to the icy conditions, the fire department could not have gotten here in time, in fact, they could not have gotten here at all."

Summit CEO, Keith Parker said, "we are excited to have learned that our product performed its service in a crisis situation. This event is exactly what our product is
designed to combat. We are fortunate to have had this opportunity and it comes at a time that we are preparing for our first national advertising campaign."

Summit has contracted with United Telemedia to conduct a 60 day national test market before going nationwide. The commercial will run in 20 selected cities beginning February 28, 2000. Summit will receive 2000 airings of it's
Firepower911(TM) commercial, 1000 each 30 days of the 60 day program.

United Telemedia, L.L.C. (UT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tiger Eye Broadcasting Corp. and was created to take full advantage of the exploding and multibillion dollar direct response and per inquiry industry. UT specializes in
