If they go ahead with the spinoff of XLCT to the INEL shareholders there will be a lot of them that will immediately sell driving the price down. At least thats the theory, I do suspect that at least some of this is already reflected in XLCT's current price, but its impossible to know until it happens.

You are sure right about Sanford having tremendous incentive to get whatever possible for the shareholders. I'm sure they have looked at every possibility, but they seem to be in such dire straits that the choices are limited. I'm not sure if keeping INEL whole and trying to make some money is still an option.

We should find out something when they report tomorrow.
