OT Richard law enforcement is not and will never be error free. If we have law enforcement at all, every now and then someone somewhere in this country of some 260 million people will push down the door to Apt 4 instead of Apt. 14. Clerical error, mistyping the address on a warrant, is actually one of the big culprits.

I bet it was (1) to go to the proper address (though in this case they obviously failed), (2) carry out their job without an embarrassing/job threatening goof (though in this case they obviously failed), and (3) keep their skin in one piece in a very dangerous, low-paying occupation (at least that worked).

Remember Hillary's laughable "vast right-wing conspiracy" theory? The "government out of control" theory is just as thinly supported by incidents like this.
