it looks like an iomega application, scott. you must have a zip or jaz drive?

and i don't know that this imgicon.exe is such a troublemaker... just that from the responses you received, it appears that it may be in conflict with something else. in checking, i see that i have unchecked the very same file in the startup menu also (i have a jaz drive).

it's all just something for you to try. ideally, it's the thing that works!
