OK Poet, I've got one to run by you (or anyone on the thread who would care to respond)...
How about writing puts on JUN100 for CMGI? Alta Vista IPO should debut in March. Jun100 contracts going for $12. So even if I get the stock "put" to me, I'm paying the equivalent of $112 a share. Am I missing something, since that's lower than the price it's trading at today?

Hope the thread will bear with me, as I'm new to writing puts.
