I've been following this stock since June of '99. No position at this time. Last week I noticed on the OTC Bulletin site that UBRT was listed to receive the dreaded "E" designation from the SEC for failing to meet the filing requirements. I know this board is not very active, but I'm surprised there has been no discussion about this. When I checked SI for UBRT filings with the SEC they show no filings. Does anyone know what their status is. Did they get the "E", will they get an "E" or have they resolved this situation?
