The spin-off of the chip division appears to be big. Let's see, CNXT has a $20B market cap and BRCM has a $35B market cap. ORCT's chip spin-off will compete with CNXT instead of designing chips for them and BRCM wants into the VDSL business while ORCT has had working VDSL chips gathering dust for a year.

Just how much is the ORCT chip business worth? I think I'll stick around and find out!
