Harry, One of the first things you have to understand about me, is that I respond "in kind". If I am approached in calm, gentlemanly manner, I respond the same way. If I determine that a post is a hostile attack, I respond in the same way. I accept opposing opinions when expressed in a sense of discussion, instead of attack.
I believe that GW's philosopher is Jesus, because I know the way he was raised. I have known the family since the early 60s, and know their feelings about Faith. I do admit that GW needs to work on his communication skills. "the meek shall inherit the earth" means those that are humble in their worship of God. It doesn't mean anything abut being a doormat for another human being. The Bible also says that a man may profit from his talents. I believe that any person who does profit greatly, should realize that the talents came directly from God. The part about a rich man going to Heaven refers to those that LOVE money, and have chosen mammon as their God, instead of the real God.
When you refer to the party of the downtrodden, repressed, and poor, you cannot be refering to the Democrats. Any government that gives you all your needs, can and will take all you have. The purpose of the liberals is to keep these unfortunate people beholden to them, so the elitist running the show can control them.
