He simply told the analysts he wants them to model 10% - 12% revenue growth, but his target is 15%

And you can bet your bottom dollar that if 15% is the target then that's what all bonus and profit sharing payouts will be based on.

If they set unrealistic targets for profit sharing and bonus benefits
there would be a mass exodus and you can bet it would be the most talented people that hit the exits first.

So what I'm saying is that if the supposed expert analysts want to base there EPS numbers on 10-12% then there is a real good chance of a big surprise when the earnings are released.
