All - I noted in the "News" below that the almost forgotten litigation with PSC was decided in SBL's favor. Us long termers may remember the October 22, 1998, opinion on some preliminary motions in the Federal District Court in Rochester, NY, by the same judge which was not quite so favorable in the first reading. Lawyers can find it at PSC v. Symbol Tech, 26 F.Supp. 2d 505 (WDNY Oct. 22, 1998). I also note that Newsday for Feb. 10, 2000 (Nassau and Suffolk Edition online), quoting Dow Jones News, says that PSC intends to appeal.

Incidentally, that 1998 opinion also mentions Telxon - another blast from the past for some of us.
