Dell Numbers Good on First Blush!!

Dell's enterprise division showed an astonishing 50%+ growth. Dell has been and continues to eat cpq's lunch in the business sector. What the heck is the problem?? Is dell so much cheaper? Is their service and support better?
Can anyone explain to me why dell is eating cpq's lunch in this sector?
