CHICAGO, Feb 10 (Reuters) - ABN AMRO said Thursday it upgraded Sun Microsystems Inc. to outperform from hold and set a target price of $110 on a one-year view after the computer systems provider met with analysts. -- In a research note, ABN AMRO said it came away from Sun'stwo-day analyst conference convinced the company is on track to become the Cisco of server hardware. -- ABN AMRO sees an acceleration of hardware sales as almost inevitable based, in part, on prospects for the growth of bandwidth and computer demand. --QS
