One division is profitable (DSS), the other is not (HDD). It makes sense to me that there would be more shares purchased in that division for now. It also makes sense that other investors might find it more attractive based on the issue of profitability alone: finance.yahoo.com I know that insider buying often comes many months in advance of a major turn in a company's stock, much less and industry, but the shares being repurchased now are a very good sign for the future.
