haven't we seen such perfect places before? -g- seriously though, the divergences have become glaring... i just checked, CSCO's market cap has increased by 35% over the past 9 trading days. UFB considering it's now a 500 billion dollar stock. just stop to think for a moment: having gotten to the present level of absurdity, what difference does it really make if these numbers increase by another notch? what material difference is discernible between a 2000 or a 3000 p/e on e.g. YHOO? what's fascinating is that the speed at which these numbers change is increasing all the time...i really didn't think that the last quarter of '99 could be topped with regard to that. but now the market has gone completely bonkers ...did you see some of the moves on individual tech stocks today? a whole generation will be declared insane retroactively....
