Gary,
COMS fiscal year ends May 28. That would make FY Q4 from March to May and FY Q1 June thru August. But that doesn't have much of anything to do with when the PALM IPO is going to happen. If your supposition is that PALM will IPO before COMS's FY end, then they would have 'till May 28. The 3rd amendment to the S-1 is in though, so I doubt you'll have to wait that long. Underwriters are targeting end of Feb and there's not much reason to doubt them.
