Re : ICO being the "camel's nose under the tent" for Teledesic.

I thought ICO was going to be about 2 or 4 GEO satellites, and Teledesic would be 200-ish (originally 800-ish !) LEO satellites.

So, what does the ICO system potentially teach Craig McCaw about operating Teledesic ?

(Other than how to "stall" the expectations of Wall Street (and, individual investors)).
