Clarify, UTEK is in direct competition with ASML not SVGI.

UTEK and ASML produce steppers. SVGI produces step-and-scan lithography tools not steppers. The semiconductor industry is moving to step-and-scan lithography tools and away from steppers.

AV,to avoid your comment, ASML also produces step-and-scan lithography tools.
