Steady Henry. All we have at this point is a lot of fear and very little real information. Yes, it's scary when the schoolyard bully says he's going to eat QDEL's lunch, but they haven't even yet formulated a reply to the challenge. If you want to do some panick selling at least wait for the upcoming earnings report, which sounds like it might be good enough to spike the stock somewhat. Personally, I'm looking at an investment horizon of one or two more years. Under even the worst scenario, I seriously doubt this lawsuit would drive QDEL out of business.
