The "few phone calls" were made to the company that supposedly employed him. Who did you expect me to call? I disagree with GONT on what "working for" means, but it wasn't worth a protracted legal battle to show I was right. Unlike GONT, I can't print shares whenever I have expenses. "You emphatically stated that you were right...this stock was going to be delisted." And the SEC backed me up, until the day it was scheduled to happen. I changed my mind at the same time they did. Without GONT's share giveaway at the last minute, it would have happened, and you know it. "BTW: Why was your post deleted from SI concerning the false claim on your part about Joe Naughton and JC Penneys???" Again, the claim was not false. He didn't work for them, as far as I am concerned. Dropping the name of such a large company didn't hurt the stock price, though. The post was deleted (as I explained at the time - perhaps you should have read that one) because I gave GONT the benefit of the doubt and requested it to be deleted. SI would not have deleted the post without my consent, per their policy on these matters. Thanks for the opportunity to get the truth out there. Apology accepted.
