Mr. Mark O. Princevalle is Vice President of Strategic Development. He is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, a foreign advisor to the Ukrainian and Lithuanian governments, and has consulted for the U.S. Department of Energy and the Agency for International Development. He has founded and directed several successful international high-tech firms. He most previously was employed by Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU), New England?s largest investor-owned utility, where he developed and managed award-winning community, education and political outreach programs.
