Mr. Anton J. Drescher
of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is Chief Financial Officer. He is a Certified Management

communication technology during the Gulf War.

Mr. Daniel Kinnaman
is Vice President of the Education Division. He has been an Education Consultant to many companies
including Compaq (NYSE: CPQ) and others in educational technology markets. He is Publisher of
Curriculum Administrator, a highly regarded publication for school executives and administrators.

Mr. Mark O. Princevalle
is Vice President of Strategic Development. He is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, a
foreign advisor to the Ukrainian and Lithuanian governments, and has consulted for the U.S. Department of
Energy and the Agency for International Development. He has founded and directed several successful
international high-tech firms. He most previously was employed by Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU), New
England?s largest investor-owned utility, where he developed and managed award-winning community,
education and political outreach programs.

Mr. John Gustavsen
is Vice President of Strategic Marketing. He is a former Officer and Assistant Director of Financial Media
Relations for The Travelers Corp., now part of Citigroup (NYSE: C), and he worked for The Associated
Press as a news and finance editor, legislative correspondent, and auto industry writer. He most recently
worked for Northeast Utilities, where he served in a variety of technical and financial communications
positions.

Mr. Kevin T. Yorio
is Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Yorio has been involved in financial and investment consulting
for several years, heads a number of Investment Clubs, and is completing a degree in Finance at the
