Peter, I would use the word "professional" very loosely in my case. Yes, they know a heck of a lot more than I do but that's not saying much! Bottom line is that they want to move their inventory any which way they can. They're a wholesaler as well and my guess is that they derive the bulk of the revenue from their role as distributors of computer parts. Where does this leave me? I'm ready to pull the plug on them and ask for my $100 deposit back! Two weeks is too long to be configuring a computer! Sue :)
