i thought i heard him say otc derivatives should not be regulated in any way...and just as one of the dudes brought up an interesting question regarding risk, CNBS faded the thing. of course, 35 trillion bucks of notional value in outstanding derivatives in the U.S. alone is not considered to be of particular import to the public. Go Dell! is much more interesting after all...<gg>
