Hi Leigh,

No, I haven't had time to listen to the CC. I believe that Dell plans on making further investments in Internet Companies, and other business that will add value to their core business.

In after-hours, Dell was down by over a dollar. Unless Niles and the other Analysts come to Dell's rescue tomorrow, I think the stock is going down. Dell has become a "big company" and has lost the luster of a "small" growth company. Although the Internet companies are doing very well, Dell is not considered as a pure internet play...even though we all know how well they sell through the Dell.com site.

I have a small position in the company, but I still hate to see a "dead money" investment in my portfolio. So, depending on how well Dell's stock does over the next few trading days will determine if I hold or sell my shares. There are just to many "good" investments in the market to ignore. So, I guess my moment of truth with this investment has arrived. We either get back to the mid forties, or it's time to move on.

I know Dell is a great company, good management, etc. However, as an investor, I'm really measuring the company based on the stock's appreciation.

Do you think I'm wrong? If yes, why?

Larry
