There better be a very positive announcement in the a.m.. No company, I mean no company, puts out a press release at 11:00 P.M.! Throwing this kind of cash around (to old shareholders like me) is very stupid, unless it is nearly irrelevant. I suspect that this is the case. We better find out about the irrelevance in the morning call. Although I will get some of it, I really don't like this settlement. Could they be selling the company and need to clear the books? Just a longshot WAG. Very unusual, to say the least.
