WHY BUY! They don't fabricate chips or have a major
value add. They build a basic appServer
that could be reproduced in about 3 months by a
team of good developers!

Please respond! I want to know a real reason to
buy this commpany. Not some lame self justification
that they are selling themselves as a btob company.
