Fuller may or may not be able to accomplish whatever the new world he is thinking to take INPR and Corel along, but the fact remains, and practically all of us agree, that this deal with Corel is bad for the INPR shareholders. Like I said in an earlier post, the least Fuller should have done was to provide an exit door (i.e. a few bucks premium) for those of us who do not care to venture into his new world with him. Corel is paying funny money for INPR's real money, and Cowpland would have paid whatever more, gladly!
