Apparently, MEDI's board meets on Feb. 17th. Some people are expecting a split announcement. IMHO, MEDI needs a split here.

This expectation of a split will probably drive the stock higher. Also, there was huge buying of MEDI calls yesterday. The previous day, there was considerable selling of puts, another bullish move.
